SPECIAL MEETING OF MARCH 10, 2009

Present:  Trustees Kevin Doherty, Pat Cammarata, Lynne Philipps, Mary Anne Braunbach,                          Terry-Lynn Corrigan, Dele Theodorakos, Mitzy Peglow, Linda Smith, Library Director      Susan Rudnicky
Excused: Fran Lissow, Judy Christopher, Dona Scharping
Guests:   Dick Remley, Mike McFarland, Ken Braunbach, Lisa Misiak, Pat Shelp, Roger                              LaMont, Alan Worgo, Wil Harris, Susan Bourke, and Bill Wickham of Ivy Partners

Kevin opened the joint meeting of the Swan Board of Directors and the Advisory Committee to order at 7:06pm.  Introductions were made all around.  Kevin explained that the sole purpose of this meeting will be to receive a report from, and engage in discussion with, the ad-hoc Facility Advisory Committee appointed in November 2008 to review potential Library real estate and construction options. 

Motion was made by Lynne, seconded by Terry-Lynn to enter into Executive Session at 7:10pm including the members of the Advisory Committee.  Approved   Yes-7  No-0  (Mary Anne was not present at this time)

Motion to adjourn Executive Session and return to open meeting at 8:26pm was made by Lynne, seconded by Linda.  Approved  Yes-8  No-0

The advisory committee will meet at 6pm on March 24th to create a timeline for the board.
The Board of Directors will hold its regular meeting tomorrow evening, March 11th, at 7pm at the library.

Motion to adjourn at 8:30pm was made by Dele, seconded by Linda.  Unanimously approved.
