Swan Library Annual Meeting of the Swan Library Association
met on Monday, May 5th at Swan Library. Kevin Doherty and MaryAnne Braunbach won the vote to fill the 2 vacant S.L. Board of Trustee seats, congratulations Kevin and MaryAnne. To view the 2008-2009 S.L. Board of Trustees Roster click here >
Victorian Tea Our Annual Victorian Tea will be held at the Pullman Church on the corner of Main and E. Park Streets. The tea will be held from 4 - 6pm. Program: Gaines Town Historian Dee Robinson will share with you Victorian funeral customs and folklore. C.W. Lattin will also be sharing with you "Designs for Death," a look back at Victorian artwork, clothing and much more. Don't miss this very interesting tea. A perfect girls day out! Gentlemen are also welcome! A representative from Tealightful Treasures will also be with us. Enjoy several different kinds of hot and cold teas with your sweet treats. Sign-ups are a must!
